Within 30 Day NAG Bags will supply you with any needed repair string or patches at no charge for 30 days from date of purchase.
Ordered the wrong size or changed hay bale size?
We will make exchanges for 30 days for new, unused products. Customer pays all shipping fees.
Received the wrong size? Customers have 35 days from purchase to contact us about any mistakes made on the original order. Product must be new, and not used. We'll be happy to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.
Returns If you need to return unused product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items. Customer pays all shipping fees.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If your country is not shown within the shipping destination options, please Contact Us and we will confirm if our products can be shipped to you.
